Bowie Legacy Foundation is a 501(c)3 nonprofit organization that was formed by Class Leaders & Alumnus in 2021 to commemorate Bowie's Centennial Anniversary that began as a grammar school in El Segundo Barrio of El Paso, TX in 1922 and later transitioned to a high school in 1927. Our Foundation's Mission is to empower Students and support Bowie High School, Guillen Middle School & Bowie Feeder Pattern schools - AOY, Douglass & Hart Elementary Schools with Monetary Donations supporting success of Student programs and Academic Scholarships annually to underserved Students that wish to continue their education.

Our EIN is 33-4123392 and all donations are tax deductible as permitted by law.

Heartfelt thanks to our dedicated Bowie Legacy Foundation Board members and all of our Supporters for making a meaningful difference supporting the educational endeavors and lives of Bowie's finest legacy - our students & alumni, present and past.

Since inception, Bowie Legacy Foundation has awarded over $90,000 in Scholarships to Bowie Students and supported Student programs with annual financial contributions to help support academic programs. Our mission is to support Student Success and have a positive learning experience that will lead them to graduate and continue their education after high school at a University, College, Trade School or Military Service.
